Refund Policy

1. Donations

All donations made to Sri Astapadi Govardhana Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of proven error or duplication.
Donations can be made through authorized payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).
Donors will receive an acknowledgement receipt via email or physical copy upon confirmation.

2. Use of Funds

All contributions are used solely for charitable, religious, and service-related activities including:

Cow protection and Goshala maintenance
Old age home support
Education programs for underprivileged children
Rural development and Dharma preservation projects

The foundation ensures that funds are utilized transparently and responsibly.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in cases of technical error (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts).
To request a refund, donors must email info@sriastapadigovardhana.org within 7 working days of the transaction, attaching proof of payment.
Once verified, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Tax Exemption

Donations made to the foundation may be eligible for tax benefits under applicable Indian laws. Donors are advised to retain receipts for their records.
